Description: Christmas is a magical time for little kids. I remember when we lived in New Mexico and I was about 4 years old. Mom got us up to see it snowing and then we asked if we could turn the Christmas lights on. Oh those beautiful, wonderous bubble lights. I don't think I will ever forget those. And ribbon candy. So big that Mom had to break it for us. And I remember Aunt Mauzee making snow ice cream. But for the life of me I cannot remember what I got for Christmas. RR Treasured Christmas kit boy, one I had the snow frosty stuff on the door is made from elements from RR Winter Wonderland kit.

Description: Just messing around with RR Frontier Days kit. Tried to get the page to look like a blog but I always seem to think bigger is better. I cut out the gulf of Mexico to put the picture in, but would be better to just put a frame there, can't find pictures that fit the gulf. My grandfather went back and forth from Arkansas to Texas. Most of the kids in this picture stayed in Texas.

Description: When I was a teenager in the 90's i lived for the collector phase- you know - heavy on the porcelain and crystal and boyds bears. that stuff is so not me and I realize now I was just trying to be more girly for my mom and make smart " investments" with my allowance they way she thought was best.
