Cottage Garden
April 26th, 2009After a month of computer woes and viruses, I am back with a new clean computer. And what a site to see all the wonderful new kits that Susan has been creating over the last few weeks. Today I created a layout with the new Cottage Garden kit and have also made it into a qp. Please let me know if you have any trouble with the download.

Cherry Bliss Yumminess!
April 17th, 2009Happy Friday , everyone!
It is the happiest spring day here in Baltimore and I can’t wait to walk down to the harbor, but before I do I wanted to give you all a little giftie!
I have been whittling down my cape cod pics from two years ago and I came across this pic of me kissing a James Dean cut out and I knew I had the perfect kit to scrap it with; Cherry Bliss, one of RR’s newest kits.
Here it is:

I was pretty happy with it so I decided to make it into a QP for you.
Just a quick note, to give credit where credit is due- the papers and elements are all from the Cherry Bliss kit, but the shapes I clipped them to ( the scallops, dots, circles and polygons) are not. They are from a new designer called Chelle’s Creations. Thank you very much Chelle, for letting me post this for our readers!
Download here
Make sure to stop by the shop and check out the rest of the lovely kit. Its so big I cant even open it all at once in Photoshop- it wont let me!
A Hodge Podge Quick Page
March 29th, 2009Hi there wonderful blog readers,
I was finally getting my butt in gear this weekend and tagging/organizing all of Susan’s beautiful kits when I realized that there were many little pieces that would go together to make a layout I have been waiting to make for awhile. I think it came out rather pretty:

I used a LOT of kits on this but my favorites are the Digitally Altered Lace, the Painted Windows and the Long Ago Treasures elements sets. They are a super great value and can be used on tons of layouts.
Here is a freebie for you- minus the picture of my kitty , Theo, of course :O)

Pop Culture
March 10th, 2009Susan released this great boy kit last week called Pop Culture. I have had such a hard time finding a kit I liked to scrap the pictures from a recent concert Nicholas attended. It was so easy to scrap this picture after I opened this kit. Here is a layout I did:
You can get this great boy kit in the shop. Enjoy!
Tea for Two and Freebie Quickpage
March 1st, 2009Well you know by now that I love heritage layouts and the new kit released by Susan is again just perfect. This is a photo of my aunt, grandma and great grandma. The scene is Sydney in the 1930’s. They used to have street photographers…
And if you would like a quickpage of this layout it is available at the following link. Let me know if it does not work as this is the first time I am using box.net…

Wynter Blessings QP
February 27th, 2009Happy Friday Everyone!
I have been having an amazing scrappy mojo this week. For some reason I have been cranking out the pages and I LOVE when that happens- don’t you? Well just in case it hasn’t been that kind of week for you I come bearing gifts- A QP using Raspberry Road’s Wynter Blessings kit.

i love this kit! I originally picked it up to work with the lovely house paper in there, since it reminded me of the row homes in Baltimore/DC, but Ive found that I can use it for lots of other pages. Not just winter ones either!
So for those of you looking for a nice, inexpensive way to scrap some holiday gatherings in non traditional colors, check this out!

I also used one of Susan’s newest embellishment packs- Antiques 4. I took the headboard and altered it to make the gingerbread trim along the journaling block. Don’t keep these packs hidden in those kitchen los. Mess with them, alter em’, ENJOY them!

It’s Game Night at Raspberry Road
February 23rd, 2009Susan’s new kit, Game Night, was released last week. It is full of elements that remind me of my grandparents house when I used to play cards with them as a child. I’ll have to find some of those pictures so I can scrap them. The quickpage I made for you is for all those darts enthusiasts. My husband and I used play in a dart league and we loved it. Family and work has since taken over and we are no longer able to play. We do keep a dartboard on the wall at home though! Here is a quickpage for you and can find the complete kit in the shoppe. The picture is linked to the download. I have uploaded this to my Box.net account since 4Shared is having problems.
