Neither floods nor tornadoes. The absence of both is unusual. Here in the Panhandle of Florida, we are deficit nearly 20 inches worth of rain for the year already. Tornadoes have gone north of us so far. With the temperatures we are having (record setting), the Gulf is warming up faster than normal which does not bode well for hurricane season.
Other than that, it's been clear clear clear!

What is it with all the rain? Here in western Canada it is almost July and we have had 2 days of sunshine in as many months. That's not normal at all. We should be sitting in the sunshine complaining about the heat!

I live in Illinois, it was a horrible start to summer. Rain, tornadoes and flooding. Now we are dealing with the heat.

I live in "sunny" Queensland in Australia. Only problem is, someone forgot to tell the sun that it is supposed to be shining.
We have had rain for the past 4 days and now they are telling us that we can expect rain for 27 out of the next 29 days. The only days that are supposed to be fine are December 19 and 25.
Usually at this time of the year it is really hot and everyone is out working on their tans.
Ho hum....
